2017 Education Conference Registration: Registration

Welcome to the registration form for the 2017 Annual Education Conference and 2017 Short Course in Victoria, BC.  The Short Course is held on September 27, 2017, and the conference is from September 28-30, 2017.

Charges will appear on your statement as "The Canadian" accompanied by the last 10 digits of your order number.

If you wish to pay with cheque, please complete the form below (or download and print) and mail with your cheque to: CAGC Conference Office, 4 Cataraqui Street, Suite 310, Kingston ON K7K 1Z7. Your cheque must be received before July 31, 2017, to avoid late fees. Please note Conference 2017 in the memo line.

Please note that prices will increase on August 1, 2017, as follows: 

Short Course:

Associate and Full Members: from $110 to $130
Non-Members: from $130 to $160
Students: from $85 to $130 

Annual Education Conference:

Associate and Full Members: from $320 to $370; Onsite: $445
Non-Members: from $370 to $420; Onsite: $495
Students: $270 (no changes)
Single Day: $160 (no changes)
